• Email address — when you sign up for early access or create an account.
• Referral information — optional, how you heard about us (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, friend).

When you use the FlowSync application (not the marketing website), we may collect:

• GPS location data — only when you actively use location features for field documentation. We do not track your location in the background.
• Photos — field photos you choose to capture and attach to job records.
• Voice notes — audio recordings you choose to create for field documentation.
• Scheduling and job data — irrigation schedules, zone configurations, property details, and work records you enter.

All app data collection requires your active participation. We do not passively collect location, audio, or photo data.

• Page visited — which page you signed up from (e.g., homepage, features page).
• Timestamp — when you signed up.

We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking on the marketing website.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send you a welcome email confirming your signup.
• To notify you when FlowSync is available or when features launch.
• To provide and improve the FlowSync application and services.

• To understand how people find FlowSync (aggregate referral data).

• Upstash — email signup storage (United States).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (United States).

These services process your data only as needed to provide their services to us. They do not use your data for their own marketing purposes.

• Email signups — we retain your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• App data — your scheduling, location, photo, and voice data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your data at any time from within the app.
• After account deletion — we delete your personal data within 30 days of your request, except where we are legally required to retain it.
